| Jim Lutter joined the firm in 2001 after spending eleven years as Treasurer for a major manufacturing company (Ingersoll Milling Machine Company). Under Jim's supervision, PMA Funding was created and provides multiple funding options to more than 1,800 banking institutions. He has worked closely with The Independent Community Bankers Association, (ICBA) a trade organization representing 4,500 community banks, to earn their endorsement for PMA as the Preferred Service Provide for the ICBA member banks. Mr. Lutter earned a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology before receiving an MBA from Rockford College and is Series 7, 24 and 63 licensed. |

| Chris Hall joined the firm in 2009, bringing 18 years of banking and financial market experience. Prior to joining PMA, Chris spent 15 years trading and underwriting Municipal bonds and Treasury futures, most recently leading the Municipal Underwriting Division at Harris Bank in Chicago. At PMA, he oversees the Negotiable Certificate of Deposit product, responsible for pricing, origination, processing and sales. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Iowa and is Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 licensed. |
